1) Risk Officer

Job Description:

* Managing e-commerce transaction risks.
* Updates Card Cancellation, MC, VISA chargeback’s and representation from the
bank.
* Handle retrieval request from various issuing banks and handle distribution to the merchant from requisition of transaction details. Collate the fulfillment documents and coordinate with the Acquiring bank’s personnel for the fulfillment of the retrieval request.
* Liaise with merchants from time-to-time on risk reports.
* Coordinates and communicate with the operations manager.
* Maintaining website compliance.

Job Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in any field (Experience in a risk management environment in banking & finance industry would be added advantage)
* Well organized, detailed-oriented
* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Ability to work in a fast pace and stressful environment
* Pleasant, self motivated, pro-active and have self discipline
* Highly analytical, resourceful, reliable and responsible
* Can work under minimum supervision

2) Merchant Tech-Support Officer

Job Description:

* Managing day-to-day administrative and operational task.
* Attending to queries/ requests received from various channels (Customer Service, Merchants and cardholders).
* Attending to merchants and cardholders queries or requests on payments or refund.

* Liaising with various channels to resolve any issues.

Job Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies / Administration / Management, IT, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
* Preferably with at least 1 year banking experience.
* Strong documentation skills.
* Results-driven, self motivated and independent.
* Willing to work extra hours.
* Excellence oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
3) Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description

* Weekly merchant and leads report
* Sales training and coaching
* Identifying target prospects and bringing them through the entire sales cycle - from proposal, to pricing negotiation, through implementation, to generating and maintaining revenue..
* Maintaining and retain relationship with existing clients.
* Engaging resellers within the Asia Pacific Region.

Job Requirements

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing or IT.
* Strong clients focus including ability to think in terms of client experience/perspective.
* Proven networking and business development skilss within the payment processing and/or e-commerce industries.
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to speak in front of audiences.
* Willing to travel (within the country and overseas).
* Able to speak and write fluent English, other languages will be extra advantages.
* Able to work independently.
4) Receptionist cum Clerk
Job Description:

* Assist in general administrative matter and documentation filing.

* To assist and to perform the management or any other related duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

* * Minimum SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma
* * Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Excel).
* * Pleasant & good personality.
* * PROFICIENT in English & Bahasa - spoken & written.
