HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (Based in Petaling Jaya)
Key responsibilities:
- Plan,direct and coordinate human resource management activities
- Coordinate recruitment activities to attract the best talents in the market and fill open positions in the shortest time possible
- Administer compensation,benefits and performance management system
- Support organisation development which include talent pool management, succession planning,internal movements and employee relations activities
- Administer training plan according to company’s objective. Follow up its deployment and measure results
- Develop HR policies and procedures to improve organisation effectiveness
- manage the relationship with trird party labour providers and recruitment agencies
- Overview of processes and documentation to record HR data and maintain records and data analysis
Qualification,Competencies and Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in HR and related discipline
- Min 5 years working experience in the HR field
- STrong knowledge of employment act and other relevant legislations
- Experience in foreign manpower recruitment will be an added advantage
- Practice diplomacy,discretion and strong business ethics
- Highly effective planning,organising and resource co-ordination skills
- Results focussed with strong interpersonal skills
PROCUREMENT MANAGER (Based in Telok Gong)
Key Responsibilities:
- oversight for Procurement process in Southeast Asia
- Direct responsibility for sourcing hardwood timber components and pallets including non-timber materials for operations including price negotiation
- Direct responsibility for managing consumable and raw materials inventory
- Preparation of forecast and seek agreement with both and external parties to fulfil demand
- Manage quality and supplier performance
- Participate in strategic development plans and execution of both global and regional projects
Qualification,Competencies and Experience:
- Good working knowledge of the timber industry with min of 3 years working experience in related industry
- Understanding of supply and demand with strong analytical control over data and reporting
- Good command of English,both written and verbal;ability to speak Chinese and Thai is an advantage
- Computer literacy i.e.Word,Excel and Outlook
- An excellent team worker,results focussed and problem solving skills
