1.Assist in operation issues & monitoring of staff customer service & discipline. 2.Ensure upkeep of store, attend & resolve customers’ enquiries/complaints.
3.Compile and maintain sales collection, generate sales reports.
4.Effective proactive liaison within organization as necessary to forecast, plan to meet and to supply demand to relevant quality.
5.Managing overall procurement, logistic and operation management.
6.Oversee the overall operations, logistics and inventory division.
7.Plan and ensure optimal inventory levels to support sales activities.
8.Support sales division in terms of product costing and margin analysis.
9.Develop policies and procedures and ensure effective implementation to achieve excellent customer service and optimum inventory levels.
Salary : MYR1500 - MYR1700 (Negotiable)
